Toronto, April 7, 2012 - The 2012 Jane-Finch Rap
Contest was held at the Oakdale
Community Centre in the Jane-Finch area. Contestants were welcomed from across the
Greater Toronto Area, including artists from Brampton,
Vaughan, and
Jane-Finch. There was a $700 cash prize for the first place winner
after three rounds of competition. The judges were Amanda
Parris (Lost Lyrics), Franz Thomas (Hustleman
Entertainment), Capital Q (Dream Warriors) and Kofi (One
Love Foundation). Music was provided by DJ
Tyson.

Don, Young Chris, Lola Bunz, W.S., Royal Roach, Chase,
Worthy B., Nyce Touch, R.O.S. (Ride Out Squad), Sity Spittah,
